Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance to avoid a $125 fee for any facial appointments. For all other appointments, a 50% fee will be charged.

Select appointments require a pre-treatment form to be filled out to discuss any pre- and post- treatment instructions to insure the best results possible.
